Colissimo Pick-up point

Delivery in one of the 25 000 Colissimo pick-up points : from 4,95€

Shipping within 4 to 7 business days (except saturday/sunday and public holidays). As soon as we receive your parcel at the selected collection point, we inform you by SMS or e-mail. You can then collect it within 10 days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

Mondial Relay Pick-up point

Delivery in one of the 15 000 Mondial Relay pick-up points: fixed price of 5,90€

Shipping within 4 to 7 business days (except saturday/sunday and public holidays). As soon as we receive your parcel at the selected relay point, we inform you by SMS or e-mail. You can collect it within 8 days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

Returns

All our products, with the exception of bulky items whose L+W+H < 150 cm and weight < 30 kg, can be returned free of charge from France.
